Automatic production line

Automatic production line's features:

- 1st and 2nd operations on same lathe W22-T4;
- complete drilling on vertical drilling center DWN-22V.
The cycle only may be carried-out if the lathe is equipped with pallet loading system. Production capability is influenced by the lathe's ability to machine 1st and 2nd turning operations in sequence of one another on a continuous basis.
As indicated in the machining cycle below, the theoretical production capability for the machining of a 15"x7" wheel is about 33 pcs./hour.
