The electrospindle ECR20 is designed and built for the installation on CNC machines for granite, marble, natural-artificial stone and glass processing. They are ideal for engraving, drilling, routing, milling, cutting and polishing operations. These models are air cooled thanks to a patented separately driven fan enabling the spindle to turn at 10.000÷12.000 maintaining a very low noise level. They are provided with pneumatic tool change and toothed wheel encoder. They also have bored shaft and turning joint for the water passage through the tool.
The ECR20 spindles are predisposed for the installation of IV axis device allowing the installation of our precision angle heads. These devices are realized with a patented system enabling the water passage, without the presence of external water pipes that could make the rotation difficult.
Powers from 15kW/20Hp to 25kW/34Hp are available.
