Trimod Besta level sensors carry GOST R and GOST R EX approvals, as well as many international marine and industry approvals. GOST R switches with their robust, light weight and cost conscious design are a best buy. Flange and float are made of stainless steel (CrNiMo), housings are available in seawater resistant aluminum, stainless steel, coated or chromated for almost any application. Standard Trimod Besta level sensors are IP 65 rated, withstand pressures up to 25bar and operating temperatures up to 300ºC.
GOST R EX approved Trimod Besta level switches type XA feature a flame proof housing, XI and XB types have flame proof housings with intrinsically safe switches and Trimod Besta Z types feature encapsulated microswitches. Temperature ratings for some of the mentioned switches are as low as -40ºC and up to 330ºC.
