Tumbleblast

The tumbleblast L is particularly suitable for shot blasting process of small parts loaded into the machine in bulk.
Machine's special anti-abrasive, arranged as a cradle, rubber belt, receives the pieces and with it's movement maintains pieces in a constant tumble.
All pieces and parts are hit by the treatment jet of abrasive generated by the machine's turbine, and by continuously changing pieces position, they receive the shotblasting treatment on all pieces surfaces.
The tumbleblast machine with a steel belt is recommended for all parts with weight exceeding 15 kg. and all earth fusion materials.
