The BTF series filter housings are integrally manufactured with 316L SS. The special head design allows the fluid entrance from the top side and offers a better filter bag sealing (since it is kept in position directly from the top cover), the use of a single o-type ring for sealing and a sensible reduction of the hold-up volume. The top cover and body flange are manufactured with micro-cast 316L SS for an high strength design and completed with integrated hinge and swing bolts Rathmann type for easy open/closure operations. The manually polished top cover and electropolished body offer easy cleanability during production change.
