Adjustable drive

Adjustable mechanical speed drive. Constant torque provide five sizes (1.4 Nm to 22.6 Nm) throughout drive's speed range. This speed range is adjustable infinitely from 0 - 1/4 of the speed (input) under full rated load. Generally stated as 0 - 400RPM under full load assuming an 1800 RPM of input.
For higher torque/lower speed applications, some drives are available with or right angle gear heads. Some drives can be purchased with electric standard motors or drives may be connected to the rotating (up to 2000 RPM) power source. In either case, precise and easy settings of speed control are possible.
Adjustable drive can use as a secondary or primary drive. Adjustable drives are available in five sizes providing constant torque of 1.4 Nm to 22.6 Nm throughout the speed range. Zero-Max drives are also available with optional gear heads, C-flange adapters and motors.
Adjustable Zero-Max speed drive is assembled and manufactured in our Plymouth, Minnesota, USA facility. All components are thoroughly inspected prior to assembly. After assembly, each unit is tested and run for at least four hours to assure consistent quality from unit to unit.
